Chocolate Oat Bars

3/4 cup toasted gluten-free oats
1/2 cup all purpose gluten-free flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup water or non-dairy milk
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together dry ingredients in a small bowl. Mix together wet ingredients in a large bowl. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Coat a 9x9 inch square pan with additional coconut oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until firm. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into bars.
