Adzuki Bean Burgers

3/4 cup adzuki beans (soaked and cooked) How to Soak Adzuki Beans
1 Tbsp. rice flour
1 egg
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1 Tbsp. chopped sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/2 tsp. himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper

Preheat griddle to 300 degrees. Crush beans with a fork. Add all other ingredients and mix. Form patties and cook on griddle until brown (about 4 minutes on each side).

Yield - 4 burgers
