Crustless Pumpkin Pie


2 cups pumpkin puree
1 1/4 cups milk (coconut or almond)
3/4 cup honey, dates, or raisins (if using dates or raisins, puree them)
1/2 cup egg (about 2 extra large eggs)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x12 inch dish with olive oil or coconut oil. Beat ingredients together and pour into dish., Bake 35 minutes or until set.
